A Bit About Therapy
I use the principles and methods of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to promote new ways of looking at troublesome issues and to assist creation of new, more effective coping mechanisms. Often, we just get "stuck" in old ways of thinking and just go on and on around the same old circles, seemingly unable to break out! However, there are very effective tools to break old habits and develop new ones that lead to increased happiness and less anxiety.
